Here's my first idea:
Its like shockwave, but it can't kill a tank.
If you "shoot" a shock wave will be sent out and all bullet types
besides GM will be reflected.
To be able to shoot, you have to release the flag.
It's kind of a protector, to cross a field unharmed, but
you'll get problems, because it has a reloading time too
and someone might shoot out of surprise with cloaking or stealth.

sounds like people would use this t go get a flag or get beyond laser snipers views. This would be pretty hard to put into bzflag though. Sounds like not a lot a of people would use it if you cant shoot.
