Xprog.ch beta map2 - The big Elevator

[Amaterasu]

Here is my new map called the big Elevator.
The flag will be (hopefully) on a server soon.
Server: hosting.bzexcess.com port 5186 (thanks blast!)

If you go into the big tower in the middle of the map, you'll be "transported" to the top,
that's why I named it big elevator.
Ahm it's a flag capture map licensed under the GPL, just like all of my maps.
Any recommendations please tell me

It looks really cool, I like the idea.
you could add some jumping physics as an alternative route to get to the top...

jumping physics are enough there!
but I'll think about a second route

nah even better. you should set pyra jumping so you can jump up those steep pyras and get onto that ledge.

It makes you able to jump on pyramids.

Judging by the screenshots very interesting map. Maybe a little hidden drivethrough wall in the middle that let you go into other teams' territories.

hehe there´s already one, but you can only get there with N, TH or T.
The problem with a too simple drive through would be, that flag stealing would be very easy.
So you have to go with Narrow or jumb up the small towers.
There are some problems with the spawning, but i´ll fix this as soon, I´m home again.

Nice map, might want to tone down the physics jumper as it really powers you up, also make it slightly smaller so you don't go on a infinite jump. the flags seemed to spawn a few units above the base making it impossible to get.

I like the tele links, they're fun

Ok I fixed the spawning.
I think the speed of the elevator is good as it is. It's funny to see the tanks flying to the top so fast.
