Just a cautionary tale.

I upgrade to Karmic Koala and mouse button was flaky under bz, the graphics were jumpy, and the sound stopped working, and when I would quit bz, it would not release the screen.

Upgrading the nvidia driver to version 190 fixed everything but the sound.

Update, the secret to fixing the sound, kill pulseaudio.

Excellent! Thank you sooooo much, I couldn't seem to get sound to work on bzflag (Jaunty Jackalope) but everything else seemed fine now.
