Because we log in it will be easy to save the score of a player, for every server, and then take out a global score. Also can be create a "board of shame" with number of ban etc..

Bans are a server owner thing and may or may not be deserved so that will never be tracked on a global basis. As for score that can be abused as you can see at just such a stat site.... http://my.bzflag.org/playerstats.php . There is also strayer's site which does similar things at http://bzstats.strayer.de/home/?lang=en .
