I don't know if my section will ever get done, so if someone wants to take over my section, they can. Maybe next year I can get something rolled out. Part of the issue is a small little inconvience, and I don't know when I'll get my computer back to work on it.

Hi all,

Regrettably, due to some personal things which have come up recently, I no longer have time to continue managing this project. I would like to hand over the keys to anybody who is willing to continue managing the map to release. I shall post the few squares that I have completed, there are a few that I haven't.

Sorry to bring this news, but i'm sure we can still make this happen. Please post if you are willing to take over the reigns.

Now, I may not be a uber photoshop wiz like Spazzy, but I tried to make a nice vidual representation as to where we are.

Green is finished and submitted. Red means those spots haven't been submitted yet. Blank spots are up for grabs!

Since Spazzy doesn't have time, his spots are up for grabs! (get them before they're gone!)
Huttymuncher's and Blaster Wisconsin's remaining spots are up for grabs as well, as I understand they also do not have time.

Foooey looked like he had something cool going, but I didn't see the upload for that. Finish that up, I'll add it!
Sigonasr2, you wanted a due date. October 31st ;)

I'd assemble everything into a single BZW-File and include my callsign into any object names (defines, materials, ...). This way it's very unlikely that anything goes wrong.

Just post your part of the world, preferably already placed at the coordinates that you wanted, and I'll compile all the maps together. Remember if you use teleporters, that teleporters and links cannot be within groups.
This is going to be an FFA map.

All spots are taken.

Red is open, Yellow is claimed but not submitted, green is done and submitted.

Just finished discussing with Optic about Blaster Wisconsin's spot which apparently was actually a collab (a collab inside a collab, eh?). Blaster's spot was changed to Optic and the map at bzflag1.bzextreme.com:5170 has been updated.

New graphic: (EDIT: http://s.bzextreme.com/98306792)

Just thought I'd mention with McSpider's spot that my spot actually works out very well with his unintentionally. My part I built has a speeder to send players to my other two spots that are blocked off by death blocks. But now when you go on them, you first land on McSpider's higher floors of his building, which I thought was neat, even though unintentional. You can then jump from there to my section if you want, or just hang out on the building (Which may be unintentional for him too). But I thought that turned out neat and worked well.

Meanwhile, my two parts that are supposed to be blocked off by death blocks are very accessible by jumping up on McYukon's section or diing for the team's section, which isn't a bad thing, but makes that part easily accessible. Users still have to use the super bouncy if they ever plan to get out though, hehe. (But they don't have to!) Can't wait to play on this with all the parts mashed up together! The innovation in this collaboration map, some of it was pretty ingenious I must say.
