Which forum do I post about an admin who arbitrarily kicks people for "serious lag?" no warning. Doesn't seem to understand that most servers kick players with connection issues after three warnings. Tell me where and I want to vent.

not here, you can pm the person with whom ever you have this issue with or contact the server owner.

2.4.0 servers and up have a slash command /owner that allows you to see the user that is associated with that server. You can then choose to private message them via these forums. Their profiles on here may contain other websites or email addresses you can use to try and contact them.
Some are also available via IRC and even in-game if you can catch them then. Asking servers owners who may have direct contact with other owners is another way.
