how old is this game?

i remember playing this game a VERY long time ago, but i dont know how long ago. my dad showed it to me but i forgot about it and just now found it again. i certainly dont remember these colorful maps now, all i remember was a black sky, a grass ground, and brick boxes everywhere. now you got like, full on levels lol

while im here, i might as well throw in a quick hello too, im probably gonna start playing this game again if i can figure out the gist of it lol
