BZ 2.4.24 & .26, Mac M1 and video

Since getting my M1 Mac in the summer every map I play suffers from missing / transparent walls and obstacles. They are still there obviously but they flash, disappear and reappear as I'm heading towards them / crashing in to them / hitting them. When they disappear I can see through to the other side.

I had hoped .26 would fix this but it hasn't.

Is anyone else seeing this "effect"?

Does it truly occur on every map, including 1.x maps? We are aware of reports of this issue, but I thought it was limited to only certain maps (especially those that use meshes). So far it appears to be a driver bug, and we have not determined a solution or workaround yet.

Planet Mofo definitely, and some others but can't recall which ones.
