Seer has its own _radarLimit value known as _seerRadar which lets _radarLimit be adjusted for Seer specifically and not with other flags. (Custom radar values per flag has been seen before in Radar custom flag plug-in and RadarBU which grants Burrow a custom radar range.)
Note: For Linux servers only. (Windows/macOS users/players can still play on the server(s), if anyone is wondering.)
