Robot Tank?!?!?!?

Can somebody plz tell me what is happening when it says "robot tank has joined the game"?

Under 1.10? You should see "robot tank has joined as a tank" which means some player named himself "robot tank."

I don't recall seeing any message differences in 1.11, but one of the devs is probably better prepared to answer for that.

no no it usuallly says (if playername is bot)

bot: joined the game
bot01: joining as a robot tank

it means someone started bzflag with -solo N

quiet easy to do

go to the command line

file/path/to/bzflag.app -solo N

N=number of additional stupid bots that can't jump you want to add to any server you connect when running the app that time.

Actually, if it literally was "robot tank has joined the game" exactly that, a human tank named "robot tank" has joined. "xxx has joined as a robot tank" means xxx is a robot, but has joined.
