addition to superkill

Post by Scorch »

I was just thinking that for superkill there could be a few xtra options.

/superkill [player1] [player2]
player1=1 person you don't wanna kick
player2=2nd* etc.

or mabye just /superkill noadmin wich would not kick admin

or say /superkill reason.

so you cuold do say; /superkill noadmin [Scorch] [toaster] [brad2901] server is going to be a match now or something

wich would kick everyone except admins and Scorch, toaster, and brad2901. but it wuold kick anyone else with the reason "server is going to be a match now or something"

callsigns just the first that popped inta me head.

I'm so glad you included me in the "not be kicked list" :) and yeah thats a great idea. For certain people not to be kicked and for a reason to be given.

and because i like having reasons for superkill like /superkill server willl restart now please rejoin in a sec.

I like the reason idea, but the others don't seem to be hitting me. I guess maybe because that makes /superkill too much like /kick. I don't know :)

superkill terminates all outbound network connections. It is intended to be used before a server shutdown, not as a tool for kicking. If you have to kick people en masse on your server, you have larger issues then needing a better kick command.
