Help with 1.11.23

My graphics card has never worked well with bzflag. In order to get it to work I have to put the settings on low and then work upwards. However with the development the graphics seem to start off at a higher level and so I cannot change the settings.
Here is what it looks like:

Is there any way I can change the settings to enable me to play?

I have had the same problem. I fixed it by making the fonts smaller and all in "consoleFont". In each of the "xxxMenu.cxx" files, I changed the variables of "fontheight" or something like that to be divided by 72.

more then likely your card is failing on geting the scale right.
