Yes, If the server is set to mask cusswords with %#$%$ it will.Mr_Molez wrote:well there is no way to filter out bad words in written form on bzflag except silence that is.. i think if voice is ever made (i pray it will soon) then it is bound to silence text from the person aswell as voice if you decide to silence someone
My point: with voice chat, you get to hear 'You #$%$$#^%#&ing ^%^%^&er, you %^&%^*, why i'll ^$$^%$*& you' in 7.1 channel surround sound.
Well, I guess I wouldn't mind all that much. I'd have to mute the volume while my mom's watching .
And.....
Dial-up is still used around here. I only get 2.8k (edit: sorry, 28.8k ) through my phone line, too!
well, whatever, I'll have DSL by the time voice chat gets added.
Where's Darwin when you need him?

Yah, you are kinda right about that. And that's what I like about BZFlag.
Still remember, social engineering is a very strong force. Even before vote-based kicking, cheaters didn't last very long on a single server.
[+edit] And on that topic, a single person with 3-6 logins on a single server is very obvious. Teams don't like it when their members slack off.
