Beta releases come out at random times. Whenever a dev feels like making one, he will make one.

Usually has the latest builds. They are almost always announced in this forum. I would check every week, as they normally come out every few weeks. Lately, they seem to be coming out a lot faster than normal, probably because the devs don't know what to do next besides using their time to make builds.

That is a version of bzflag optimized for P4 processors. There is also a version optimized for P2's.
