how do you change brightness on startup?

Post by raytek »

WHen I start up BZFlag, I have to go and change the brighness. It shows all the way bright, but i have to turn it down a notch and then turn it back up.

Is there a way to bypass this? THanks.

Have you tried changing the brightness to your preference then choosing 'Save Settings' on the main menu?

I suppose you could try mucking around in your config.cfg file, on the "set gamma 1.xxxxx" line....
