You should post some screenshots of the package in action here, that way we can see before we sample (it will help you get more downloads too)

Please guys, REMEMBER...to take out the file in your base directory "clouds". The game will look extremely terrible. Just letting you guys know, so that you can play this package to the fullest extent.

p.s. lemme know what you think about the package

Could you e-mail me one? arctic@bzflag.be

um. i just realised. anybody using these replacement textures may screw up textures on a map if they are different.

Okay guys, sorry i have not responded in forever.. Simply, this forum topic got moved and I thought it had been removed. About the cloud textures? Yes, i would strongly recommend removing that. If you dont, it kind of looks bad *personal experience*. And no, the textures dont mess up if you play on maps that have their own integrated textures. If i have not emailed anybody w/ this package and you want this package.. notify me. thanks

p.s.
whoever's email is: me1@bzflag.ca.tc
i was unable to send it to this account. please give me another name for your e-mail, thank you.

well, yes, it will...
If i make a map with the in-game boxwall texture and change it say with a different color using the diffuse funcion and resize it with the fixedscale texture matrix, so it looks perfect then somebody with your 'upgrade' package signs on they will not see the textures how i intended them to. the scaling could work out wrong, and the whole theme put out by the map could be wrong.

i'm not having a go, i'm only informing people to the fact that some maps might look odd.
