ok, rephrasing my thing.

my map:

-ctf style [according to bzf] but impossible to ctf (ctf only for spawning and texture prob)(has a barrier in between bases.)

-It [could] come with a randomizing ruby script but i would have to mod it for your system/or i could send you a one or a few different randomized versions

-comes with a servermsg built into the options with instructions (when you see it plz note that there are no "laser starting guns" implemented yet.)

shall i attatch it here?

When people tell you your map needs more things, it's all personal opinion. Some people like simple maps. Heck, I've had 7 people playing on a map with nothing but water that didn't kill them. Nothing else.

If you want to enter, feel free to do so, and the judges will judge as best and fairly as we can.

---------------------------------------------

Ok, Met, it'll be great to have you in it!

---------------------------------------------

Winner will receive map hosting, title of BZOgami 2006 Gold Medal Winner, and screenshots and stuff posted on a site. :)

Three days remain to enter your maps (give or take an hour or two).

If you have a map, please feel free to enter! If you think your map is too simple to enter, look at sid's post, sometimes simple is better.

Judging begins shortly. Get your maps in soon :) 8)

Guys, I got an email from toaster.

Due to current things going on in toaster's life he wasn't able to finish judging in time for the final results.

He was 3/4 done with the results when he had to go...

As it is, he hasn't been able to reply, I'm assuming, and therefore the last scores aren't in...

Maybe you guys shouldn't stay up till midnight...cause I can't promise the results will be in.

If an email comes with his scores I can try to put it up in time...

I have a feeling I'm going to be demolished, but there's nothing else he or I can do.

Please try to understand his situation and if need be, results may be a day or maybe days late...

Yeah, great job everyone. I must say, I think we have a few rising stars in the mapping world.
Spazzy especially... Watch out LouMan.
Though, that is not to say that the others were no good.
I particularly liked:
Swirly CTF by BIYA
Battlefield [v2.0] by A Meteorite
and one of Sir Lance-A-Lot's CTF maps (can't remember which, sorry. I was doing the testing at 4AM)
and also both of Spazzy's Maps too.
