Changing teams

Last night a message appear on the client saying:

"Playername is now blue"

Is there some sort of command that allows you to change teams without quiting and rejoining?

Hm. Maybe the person switched teams and typed "/me is now blue"?

Probably. Didn't realise bzflag had the /me command ;)
