i update my bzflag.but wrong.

Help with Setup, Hardware, Performance or other Issues...Or just pimp your rig.

i update my bzflag.but wrong.

i update my bzflag to 2.0.8 from 2.0.4 in the Suse Linux.

then i run bzflag in console:

linoox@linuxcmpt:~> bzflag
No fonts found (the -directory option may help). Exiting

it is wrong.


help!!!

run using -directory /path/to/bzflag/data

Try deleting your config: /home/<your username>/bzflag/2.0/config.cfg

(I'm actually not sure, but that's what I think. I'm a Windows user who runs a Linux LiveCD once in a while.)
I haven't touched BZFlag for years, but maybe sometime I'll make a comeback.

No need for him to delete all his settings - that is not the solution to every problem.
It most likely would work, yes, but he could just edit the -directory line or add that option to his command.
