FFA for me. Although playing CTF without jumping is especially good for working on the skills I need to work on most, I just enjoy FFA much more.

I like both, though I don't play CTF as much as I would like -- FFA is mostly stress relief.
Slap a 'both' option in there

Arwen, do not feel alone. There are many that do not like to play the two shot servers. In personal retrospect, I must say that the network lag influence is much more frustrating on the existing CTF servers. This appears to be compounded by the low shot count and the poor spawn charactistics.
I am also not a fan of the current map designs used for ctf. They are horribly boring, emphasis on the horrible.

Well...
true CTF maps are random. If you're referring to the "modern CTF" maps... then, yes, I can understand your viewpoint.
I made a CTF map once... and I think it turned out fairly well.

Someone should host it.

I'm so glad so many people like CTF 2-3 years ago, no one would hardly ever think of CTF, or ducati.

I think one reason for this is that formerly there was only 4 team CTF with the default CTF map, which really isn't that good IMHO. With the introduction of 2 team random map CTF the thign really got going. There are some interestign custom CTF maps otu there, too, for example bamf's 3 player map.

I would have to like both. They're both ones that I play.
