Hi all, great to be back on the board, been very busy.
Anyways, I had an idea a while ago for a map, right now it's bare-bones,
just started it. Very basic, just get to the other side. You won't
be able to get over the center, I'm gonna block it off. The middle
is going to be a conveyor, and I'm gonna add some holes in the wall
and some platforms to shoot in the conveyor. Any ideas about
what to put on the sides would be appriciated.

OK, got an update. Slight design malfunction fixed, it should work the
way I want it now. And I added some 1-way teleporters to the end of the conveyors.

Here's a thought...
You could have about three steps/platforms (or more, either way would be cool) leading up, a little higher each time, such as Viper's two castles (near the sides), and make it so that you're able to have a route over the middle of the belt and another fight area. I think this might help with shockwave campers...otherwise, you get dragged to the other end, the only way over there, and the sw guy just camps and shoots you.
Looking good so far. Try to add quite a few small pyramids or blocks, pyramids for laser deflectors (to keep your map laser-safe), and also the blocks for things to get in the way or land on.

The bases are big just to make it a bit easier to cap.
UPDATE! I have an in-game screenie, tested it. Had to scale alot down
because you were swamped at the size of the conveyor walls
And added shomoe shtuff to the other half of the playing fields.
Its ALOT more laser-friendly. (thanks for the tip ducati!)

EDIT: What I had in mind for the map was it was digital, like
a cyber-arena. I need a simple grid for the ground and other stuff.

Nice map. Except you could make it even better with less of those little pyramids. It takes a long time to get trhought them and its hard to kill people in them when there that close together. Though I see where you were going with a lot of pyramids. Kinda like thhat old map with the circle of pyramids together. I forget what it was called. Heck for all I know it still might be up.
