to vote type "/vote yes" or "/vote no". and to figure out why ask the person that started the vote.

Voting is used for many purposes.
It usually is for kicking or banning an annoying person, a spammer, a cheater, a lagger, or something else that he's not supposed to do.
/poll kick ___
/poll ban ___
There is also another thing, the /set poll, which allows you to set variables in a server.
/set (insert variable here)
You can vote yes and no to these, and admins of servers can veto them.
/vote yes
/vote y
/vote si
/vote no
/vote n
/veto

"no" in Spanish is still "no".

Technically, duct tape is "cinta del conducto", and the brand DuckTape would be "cinta del pato". But in casual conversation, the call sign would probably be translated "muy malo".
