suddenDeathCTF - Timed games with the first team to cap winning the game

When a timed game is started, the first team to cap wins the game. (This only tends to be useful where it's difficult to cap the flag. Short timed game sessions tend to work well with this too. More of a game play experiment, if anything.)

I'd like to see a sudden death overtime option for timed games that end in a draw. The overtime period should probably (optionally) have a firm time limit as well. This could be useful for tournaments which have an elimination format where draws are unideal.

I like the idea. Any suggestions for what happens if overtime passes without a cap? Or do we simply have it leave a draw?

Probably leave it as a draw. In a tournament setting, the organizers could determine a method for establishing priority in case overtime ends without a winner (e.g., higher- or lower-seeded team, factor in personal K/D, first- or last-to-capture, random prioritization at start of overtime, etc.). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe some sports (soccer?) operate in this manner.

I've got it in the works. It will be a separate plug-in, since it features API bypassing, as well as its own match management system.
