using the bzfs.conf file

Post by Santa »

Hi All:

Really stupid question and the answer is probably right under my nose, but cant seem to find it.

After I create a bzfs.conf file, how do I get the bzfs.exe file to use it?

I am using win xp.

Thanks,

Santa

you use the -conf option.
there is also a -vars option
for the BZDB variables file.

you type on the command line

bzfs -conf xyz.conf

or make a batch file to do it with the same verbage...

if you open the example conf file in bzflag
it shows you at the top how to use it...

Your welcome. I'm getting used to this 'help other people' thing now that I know alot more than just what a keyboard does. Time playing BZFlag turns into experience.
